Talent Management & Talent DevelopmentEvolves continually in response to THE individual talent’s needs and best interests.
CSPi is a Canadian-based global in scope private enterprise, using creative media to engage audiences, and manage and develop talent. Founded in 2016, CSPi President, CEO, Founder and Owner, Charlene Sullivan, has a vision of global secure and private telecommunications, innovative project design, efficient and effective project management, as well as secure content production and ownership, distribution, and media broadcast that is of professional quality. The small letter “i” in the company acronym, CSPi, is representative of the key aspects of CSPi talent management and development programming: 1) International Education
and 2) A focus on the individual talent to be managed and developed within the context of a supportive global community of practice that emphasizes talent’s knowledge and skill development, particularly the development of ”know-how” in accomplishing one’s chosen and aspired career goals. Thus, the small letter “i” is symbolic that the company, CSPi, and all within the CSPi community of practice, including collaborators, consultants, and freelancers working tirelessly behind the scenes typically in the context of white label agreements, thereby contribute to the health, safety, and well-being of CSPi and CSPi’s talent. The by-invitation-only CSPi community of practice truly does put the best interests of CSPi and CSPi’s talent first in everything that they do.

All talent will have regular opportunities to participate in extra-curricular enrichment activities, involving their chosen performing art (writ large), sport or other field of expertise, such as broadcast TV, radio or media, including video and film.
Our Philosophy
CSPi is, first and foremost, a community of practice centred on the development of self-directed, knowledgeable, skilled, and talented women and men of character who will make a positive contributing difference to their communities now and in the future.
The CSPi community values maturity and integrity as the hallmarks of character-based leadership. We believe that a passion for art (writ large), sport, and media drives a passion for learning and leading. CSPi Academy is anticipated to be fully operational by 2025; itself, a 3-year CSPi EPMO project. In its first year of full operation The Academy hopes to welcome, at a minimum, approximately, 6 founding talent from High School to pre-University or University and/or to the professional world of entertainment, sport, and media).
Our inter-disciplinary team of instructors, coaches and mentors, specialized in their respective careers as professionals balance passion, knowledge, and leading practices (i.e. “know-how”) with care for the whole person. All talent will have regular opportunities to participate in extra-curricular enrichment activities, involving their chosen performing art (writ large), sport or other field of expertise, such as broadcast TV, radio or media, including video and film.
CSPi also manages and develops career-established artists, athletes, and media personalities who are seeking representation and career advancement and/or change. CSPi's approach facilitates and enables the establishment of a leadership presence from within the entertainment, sport, and media industries, one that is housed within the CSPi community of practice, thus providing industry “know how”, namely knowledge sharing and skills development, and the board of directors for CSPi Enterprise, which provides oversight to all of CSPi’s projects and programs for its lesser-known developing talent. Well-established artists and athletes do this on a volunteer basis (pro bono) as part of their own career development programming under the auspices of CSPi’s embedded Talent Management Agency's affiliation and association with The Charlene Sullivan Foundation, a not-for-profit organization, offering both CSPi lesser-known career-established artists and athletes talent management and development opportunities to achieve their respective career advancement and change objectives in the context of their aspired and chosen presence in The Business.
To our knowledge, CSPi Academy will be the first alternative independent preparatory educational institution, blending traditional preparatory academics with industry-specific professional development with an embedded talent management agency, employing a humanistic, holistic, and hands-on approach to education, learning, talent management and talent development. The Founder, Owner, CEO, and President Charlene Sullivan, M.Ed., M.Sc. is also the founding headmistress.

The Essence of Music
A thought comes to mind along with an emotion. The emotion is what then evokes the thought, and then the thoughts evoke the words, which is what evokes the melody and its emotions in a continuous circle of music composition and songwriting. Songwriting unlike all other forms of writing is a thinking-feeling process. The element of songwriting that may not always be present in other forms of writing is that which encapsulates human expression of emotions, simultaneously, with their associated thoughts and this is without exception required in meaningful musical composition and songwriting; the essence of Music. This blending of the elements of thought and emotion is interpreted though musical arrangement and song. Through this cyclical thinking-feeling process composers, songwriters, musicians, conductors, and vocalists (singers), alike, craft the international language called Music, and communicate with each other, their fans, and the general public in a manner similar to how academics craft their unique form of writing for their audiences. Thus, we say that Music like The Literature of Academics speaks to us, albeit, in very different ways.
